  • Human response within 15 minutes from a problem arises if the problem exceeds 10 minutes before the solution and agent-based response has not solved the problem satisfactorily
  • Incident Report preparation for all Enterprise Hosting customers, transmitted by any error of 15 minutes
  • Call of application specialists if normal restart of services and application does not work as intended
  • Follow-up of technical specialists when error recovery has taken place, so as to ensure that errors are corrected satisfactorily



Service Delivery Management (SDM)

All our Enterprise Hosting customers are automatically assigned to a Service Delivery Manager to ensure that there always be an Incident Report, where all the errors, for example 15 minutes is described in detail where both the cause and consequence hedged.

In regular meetings between the assigned Service Delivery Manager and the client, so that any issues and new initiatives can be turned carefully before implementation.
